The Sahanatie Community Fund

On behalf of the Kahnawà:ke Christmas Basket Committee, I would like to offer our most sincere gratitude to the Sahanatie Community Fund for their generous donation to our annual fund-raising drive.

This donation of $5000.00 will help provide several local families with food and other necessities during the holiday season.

I would also like to congratulate the Sahanatie Community Fund and its Chairman, Joseph T. Norton on the occasion of the Fund’s first anniversary.

The Sahanatie Community Fund has become a valued part of our community. The fund has donated to local institutions, programs and organizations that are often under funded, and has helped raise awareness in the area of health, diabetes prevention, language and culture and our youth.

The Sahanatie Community Fund has definitely made a difference in Kahnawà:ke, and is a fine example of responsible corporate citizenship in Kahnawà:ke.
