Kahnawake, Quebec, Canada (November 23, 2010) --- Tokwiro Enterprises Enrg (Tokwiro) today issued a statement that it is no longer in a business relationship with Debt Alliance (America) Corporation (DAC) or any other debt collection entities seeking to realize on claims of monies owed to the Cereus Network (Cereus).
Tokwiro is aware of at least one recent media report from the United States indicating that letters have been received by US residents “from Tokwiro Eneterprises Enrg.” Tokwiro has sent no such letters. Any relationship between Tokwiro and DAC came to an end upon the transfer of Cereus to Blanca Games Inc. on August 26, 2010. Any efforts to collect in respect of monies owed to any of the gaming sites formerly owned by Tokwiro must be carried on in the name of and on behalf of Cereus’s new owners.
Joseph Norton, principal of Tokwiro, said, “Tokwiro is not a part of any current or continuing efforts to collect on funds owed to any online interactive gaming businesses or interests. Any claims that such demands for payment came from Tokwiro are wrong. Tokwiro is no longer even involved in the operation of Cereus. We will take vigorous steps to protect our good name and reputation from false claims.”
