Tokwiro Enterprises, ENRG, understands that a relatively small number of our players have the inability to control their desire to gamble. Although the experience of online gaming can be exhilarating, we understand that there are people who develop problems. The team at Tokwiro is fully dedicated to responsible gaming practices and in providing support and resources to those players who feel that their gaming is becoming a problem. All Tokwiro sites post a questionnaire that helps customers determine whether they have a gaming problem.

Tokwiro has instituted daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits in order to prevent players from depositing more money than they can reasonably expect to risk. Players who demonstrate a responsible history of online gaming can request to increase these limits, but this request must be in writing to avoid any security concerns.

Parental Control

Tokwiro encourages parents to use child protection software, such as Cyberpatrol, Cybersitter and K9 Web Protection, to block gaming sites from under-18s.

Age and Legality of Participation in Games

Customers may only participate in the games on Tokwiro sites if it is legal for them to do so according to the laws that apply in the jurisdiction from which they are connecting to the Tokwiro site. Participation in the Games is void for whomever and/or wherever prohibited by law. All players MUST be the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction or at least 18 years of age if no age of majority is specified (whichever is greater). No persons under this age limit are permitted to use any Tokwiro software or services in any way.

Consistent with management’s commitment to insuring responsible gaming practices, the company has successfully completed testing of the most widely used age and identity verification solution available today. The Integrity™ service from Aristotle International will be deployed in the third quarter of 2008 to verify the age of all players irrespective of jurisdiction and to help screen anyone who has voluntarily added his or her name to the Global Self-Exclusion Database for problem gamblers.
