TOKWIRO CORPORATE PROFILE

Tokwiro Enterprises, ENRG ("Tokwiro"), is a registered Mohawk sole proprietorship, proudly rooted in the Mohawk community of Kahnawá:ke, and inscribed in the Province of Quebec’s corporate registry. Tokwiro Enterprises is owned 100% by Joseph T. Norton.

Tokwiro owns and manages the online gaming sites Absolute Poker and UltimateBet, previously established businesses that Tokwiro acquired in 2006. Both sites are among the top ten largest poker rooms on the internet. Tokwiro has operations in the Kahnawá:ke Mohawk territory and in Costa Rica and Panama that provide many economic and social benefits for more than 500 employees, their families and communities.
